Air Peace Starts Makurdi, Resumes Uyo Flights December 7th - By Daisy BARRO

Air Peace is set to commence flight operations from Lagos and Abuja into Makurdi, the Benue State capital, on December 7, 2020. This will happen in conjuncture with the resumption of flights from Lagos and Abuja into Uyo on the same day.

The spokesperson for the airline, Stanley Olisa, said the move is in line with the airline’s route expansion scheme. “It is our promise to interconnect every part of this country and foster economic relations between cities. Be assured that we are coming with more destinations. We are starting Johannesburg in December and India is in the offing”, he said.

Olisa noted that the new route is being launched to meet the travel needs of Nigerians who connect Lagos and Abuja to Makurdi and the other way round.

Worthy of note also is the fact that Air Peace recently announced the commencement of flight operations into Johannesburg, South Africa, scheduled for December 16, 2020.
