Travel & Business News Holds 5th Edition of Industry Contest And Seminar


The Editorial Board of Travel & Business News, organisers of the annual National Travel Essay Competition (NTEC) and Youth Empowerment Seminar (YES), hereby invites the public to the Grand Finale of the 5th National Travel Essay Competition (NTEC 2013/2014) at this year’s Youth Empowerment Seminar (YES).

The theme of this year’s Youth Empowerment Seminar is:

FINDING YOUR PLACE IN A VIBRANT AIR TRANSPORT INDUSTRY.”

Highlights of the event include:
1. Taking advantage of opportunities in the sector
2. Offer of Training Scholarships  
3. Grand Finale of NTEC 2013/2014 & Exhibition
4. Seminar & Dance Presentations

The event which promises to be filled with a lot of surprises going by the quality of students attending and competing for the coveted prizes, is scheduled to hold at The Training Centre, Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) Annex, Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Ikeja, Lagos on Saturday, May 24, 2014.

This year's writing contest is in two categories including the Secondary Schools Category and the Tertiary Institutions Category.

The topic chosen for the Secondary Schools Category: “Helicopters: How Important To Our Daily Life And Economy?”, while that of the Tertiary Institutions Category is: “Safety Versus Profit In Airline Operations: Which Comes First?”
