recently introduced an exciting Customer Loyalty Program called the ‘Ibom Flyer’
in an effort to reward its increasing customer base for its continuous
patronage.
To partake in this program, members will need to sign up and obtain unique membership
numbers which will enable them access the customer portal. As they fly,
customers will be able to earn miles, which can be converted to “Gold Stars”,
which can in turn be exchanged either for class upgrades, flight tickets or
other airline benefits as the case may be.
Ibom Flyer contains three benefit tiers namely Green Flyer, Orange Flyer and Top Flyer,
and customers will be able to access these depending on how many Gold Stars they
earn as they patronizing the airline.
Speaking on this latest development, Ibom Air’s Chief Operating Officer Mr. George
Uriesi renewed Ibom Air’s promise of “offering their customers world class
services”. He also told customers to expect many more innovative services as
the airline expands.
