House Committee Chairman On Aviation Urges More Women Participation In Politics Ahead 2015
The Chairman, House Committee on Aviation, Hon. Nkeiruka Onyejeocha has called on women in the country to come out and vie for political offices in 2015 elections in order to improve their lots.
She made the call earlier today at the All Saints Methodist Church of Nigeria Umuobaola Diocese of Isikwuota in Abia State, after receiving the Diamond Mother Award from the church. "Women participation in politics will change their status in the society for the better," she noted.
The astute lawmaker further declared that without God it would have been difficult for her to achieve her political aspirations and urged Nigerians to hold God dearly in order for their destiny to be fulfilled in life.
Hon Onyenjeocha who dedicated her Diamond award to God Almighty thanked the Church for the award, adding that the award has made her a fulfilled woman as having a diamond jewelry without the Diamond Mother Award from the house of God was vanity.
